Terms of Sale


The prices listed for physical goods available through the Site (referred to herein as “Merchandise”) do not include shipping or handling, if applicable. Based upon your billing address, Riot Games may collect sales tax on your behalf and remit payment to the state government in states where the sale of Merchandise is taxable. Riot Games also reserves the right to notify you of any mistakes in product descriptions or errors in pricing prior to product dispatch. In such event if you choose to continue with fulfilment of the order, you acknowledge that the Merchandise will be provided in accordance with such revised description or corrected price.


By placing an order for Merchandise, you agree that you are submitting a binding offer to purchase the Merchandise from Riot Games. Your order is accepted and a contract concluded once Riot Games accepts your offer by Email. However, the Email confirming the receipt of the order is not an acceptance of the order unless explicitly stated in that Email. Merchandise inventory is not guaranteed and if your order is not accepted due to lack of inventory, you will receive a full refund.


International customers hereby acknowledge and agree that: (i) Merchandise is shipped from the United States of America, Germany, or Hong Kong; and (ii) you are solely responsible for any and all applicable import duties, customs fees, and taxes.


Delivery timescales/dates specified for the delivery of Merchandise to you, in any order acknowledgement, acceptance or elsewhere are estimates only, and while Riot Games endeavours to meet such timescales or dates, Riot Games does not undertake to dispatch products and/or commence services by a particular date or dates and shall not be liable to you in respect of delays or failure to do so. Merchandise delivery shall be to a valid address to the address submitted by you, and once Riot Games delivers the Merchandise to a transportation carrier at the designated shipping point, Riot Games' liability as to delivery ceases, and title and risk of loss passes to you. Riot Games reserves the right to require that a package be held for delivery pickup or signature delivery confirmation at its sole discretion.



Orders may be cancelled within 30 minutes of initial order time. You can cancel an order on your Order Details page, which can be accessed through either My Account or your Order Confirmation email. After 30 minutes, we will send your order to our warehouse and it will not be possible to cancel your order before it is shipped. Shipment costs, if applicable on your order, will be triggered by order processing in the warehouse. Your statutory cancellation rights remain unaffected (see information below).

We reserve the right to cancel orders that are suspected of fraud, abuse our Terms of Service, or for any other reason at our discretion.


Without prejudice to your statutory rights we offer the following voluntary returns guarantee:

If for any reason you are not totally satisfied with your order within 45 days from the date of delivery, you can return your order for a refund. To do so, please access the Order Details page via My Account or your Order Confirmation email, and submit a return request.

Once you have completed the return request, you will be issued a packing slip indicating the address to which you should mail your returned item. Please print the packing slip and include it in the box with your returned items. Please make sure your order and SKU numbers are visible on the packing slip. SKU numbers are product codes which can be found on your Order confirmation email. Unless statutory cancellation rights provide free returns shipping (see below) you are responsible for return postage, and we recommend you send the item back via a traceable shipping method. We are not responsible for returned items that are lost or damaged in transit. You will receive an email confirmation when we have successfully processed your return and issued a refund. Please allow up to 7 business days to process your return after it has been received by the warehouse.

Items returned for refund must be in new condition – unworn (except to try on), unwashed, and unused. Collectibles, plush toys, and similar items are not able to be returned if they have been opened or removed from their original package. Any items that are received in less than new condition cannot be returned to stock and will not be processed as a return. Customers who have returned an item found to be unsellable will be contacted by Riot Games Merchandise Support.

This returns guarantee does not affect your statutory rights and therefore does not affect your right of cancellation as described below.


You have a statutory right of withdrawal which is not affected by our voluntary refunds guarantee as described above:

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the last good.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us, Riot Games Ireland Merchandise, Limited C/O arvato distribution GmbH, Betriebsstatte HC 4/Fa. 897, Warenannahme, BenzstraBe 9-15, D-33442 Herzebrock-Clarholz, Germany, of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail). You may use the model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.


The right of withdrawal and our voluntary returns guarantee does not apply to:

the delivery of sealed audio or video recordings or of sealed software if unsealed by you after delivery;
the supply of goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized;
the supply of goods which may deteriorate or expire rapidly;
a service if RIOT has fully performed it and you accepted when you placed your order that we could start to deliver it, and that you could not cancel it once delivery had started;
the supply of digital content (including apps, digital software, ebooks, MP3, etc) which is not supplied on a tangible medium (e.g. on a CD or DVD) if you accepted when you placed your order that we could start to deliver it, and that you could not cancel it once delivery had started;
the delivery of products which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygienic reasons if unsealed by you after delivery, or which are, after delivery, inseparately mixed with other items; and
the delivery of newspapers, journals or magazines with the exception of subscription contracts;


If you received an item that was defective or damaged upon arrival, please Contact Us with your Order Number and photos of the defect or damage. If your item was damaged as a result of poor packing, please also send images of how the item was packed. If you choose to return a damaged or defective item for a refund, we will send a prepaid shipping label for your return and you will be refunded once the item is received back at our warehouse.


If you receive the wrong item, size, or order, please Contact Us with your order number and photos of the item or size tag. Once the photo is received, we will send the correct item(s) at no additional cost to you.


If your order is returned to sender due to an incorrect or invalid address, missed delivery, or refused delivery, you will be refunded for the item less the shipping charge and any additional return shipping fees incurred by us. If you Contact Us regarding an order that is being returned to sender, we will do our best to re-ship the order. Orders that are being returned to sender will not be refunded or re-sent until the package is received by our warehouse.


Refunds, returns, and exchanges are only available to the original purchaser or gift recipient of record.
